Program Information

Major League Baseball Pitch, Hit & Run (PHR) events provide boys and girls an opportunity to showcase their baseball and softball skills, with the opportunity of earning a chance to attend and compete for a Championship during the 2023 MLB World Series! 

Approved local events give youth organizations an opportunity to provide a free and high-quality experience for their participants. Even more, by hosting, they expand their programs, while building a strong relationship with MLB, MiLB, and its partners. 

The Pitch, Hit & Run program is a free event series for boys and girls, and consists of a series of movements that are important in baseball and softball. Participants will compete in either 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, or 13-14 age division, with the Age Cut-off set on November 15, 2023. They will be tested, and their measurements will be recorded for points. Based on their scores, they will advance from a local event to a Team Championship and then to the National Finals hosted at the World Series.

Just a couple of quick reminders before you come to the event.

1. Please be at the ballpark at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time frame.
2. If you have multiple children at different age groups, we can let them go in the same group, we just need to know at check in when you arrive.
3. We will not be selling concessions that evening, so please feel free to bring in any snacks or water with you.
4. Once your child has completed their 3 stations, and has turned their scorecard in to one of our staff members, you may leave.
5. Kids can bring a glove and their own bats and helmets and must wear SNEAKERS only, no cleats please.
6. If your child can no longer attend, please email us so we can open up that spot for another participant.

First Check in Session for the 7 to 8 Year olds will start at 4:30 PM

Session Start Times:

7 and 8 Year old Session – 5pm to 6pm

9 and 10 year old Session – 6pm to 7pm

11 and 12 year old Session – 7pm to 8pm

13 and 14 year old Session – 8pm to 9pm (no check in’s past 8:15pm for this final session will be accepted)
